The business of the Annual General Meeting shall be as follows:

• To confirm the minutes of the AGM held in 2024
• To receive and consider the Annual Report of the Committee of Management 2024/25
• To receive and consider the Audited Annual Financial Statements 2024/25
• To elect the Committee of Management for the ensuing year 2025/26
• To elect members of the Disciplinary Committee
• Appointment of a Returning Officer
• Appointment of an Auditor
• Close of business
