Tamil Senior Citizens’ Benevolent Society (NSW) Inc.

The Tamil Senior Citizens’ Benevolent Society (NSW) Inc., an affiliate of the Association, was registered in 1993 and has over 400 members. Managed by an Elected Board of Trustees, the Society provides mutual assistance to members, particularly in meeting financial needs.

Since its inception, many community members have joined the Society. Contributions from members help cover funeral expenses for deceased members, with the Society currently providing $4,750 per funeral. This support is especially valuable to members who rely on the Age Pension or other Centrelink payments.
